certified fitness coach now, but I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with food.
At 14, I was terrified I had diabetes after I learned about the disease in science and realised that probably 80% of my diet consisted of candy lmao.
I panicked and cut out all “bad” foods… until
I was scared to eat anything.
Some days I ate just 400 calories. Other days I’d binge 5,000+ calories straight
I hated how I looked. I hated how I felt. I avoided mirrors, friends, and life itself.
But deep down, I knew I was meant for more.
So I rebuilt myself.
Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I learned how to fuel my body. And I became the version of me I always knew existed.
